Taking care of each and every guest; Richard Meijer believes in this traditional approach. In his opinion people should rather visit restaurant of Mevrouw Meijer for its atmosphere and the people than for checking the chef’s movements and tasting the food with a critical eye.

Richard Meijer tries to stay invisible in the kitchen, he is doing his job professionally but unnoticeably. He loves not just the cooking but everything what comes together with managing of the restaurant. He is proud of his restaurant as a whole. The french restaurant atmosphere is present in the kitchen too, where dishes getting ready in a professional and elegant way.
