Pintxos

Rob Reizevoort realised there are changes in the restaurant world. He is in the business for 15 years now, but two years ago he realised that eating is becoming more like a social experience. No one goes to a food festival just when hungry, but more for the quality and uniqueness of the variety.

He is familiar with quality food and had catering experience from his restaurant, which are definitely good values at food festivals. Still, street food is a different vibe, but Rob told us stepping out of the kitchen and getting to know the guests inspires him.

Pintxos

Rob makes Pintxos. It's a type of snack closely related to the well known tapas. In Spanish they call it Pincho. This small snack, typically eaten in bars, traditional in northern Spain and especially popular in the Basque country and Navarre. You will find this course at bars or taverns as a small snack while hanging out with friends.

Rob pursues perfection, the snacks are deliciously looking nice and made with professionalism. Everything is part of the concept, the food, the identity, even how they dress.
