Marco

Nothing can beat the freshness of the ingredients if they are from the garden! Marco Somert believes in this statement and uses his own vegetable garden for picking edible flowers and others. Marco is inspired by freedom and the nature what the menu also represents.

He started to cook at the age of 14 because of the influence of his grandmother and the passion and love of food is still there. Establish, coordinate and generally lead a team can be tiring but certainly a fun role. And he is not planning to give up his role. Marco shows us how to serve the nature on a plate.

Marco will be at Rauwkost in Rotterdam on 3rd-4th October 2015.
