What silence really means for a chef? Relaxation, peacefulness, or something is wrong in the kitchen? Marcel van Zomeren from In Den Rustwat surrounds himself with youngsters in the kitchen. He is not just mentoring them but also learns a lot from them; how they live their life, what do they like, and of course from their mistakes.

As good mentor he brought Justin Van den Berg one of his talents to the photo shooting of Rauwkost and supports him as he sees potential in him. They both will be at Rauwkost as well.
